  * Reworked “app is outdated” banners to be specific to managers if applicable, and made more clear.
  * Added a refresh option under the app menu to manually refresh the Launcher application.
  * Added a “Launching” state when an app is launched for clarity.
  * Added a second alert by the Launch/ Download button that there is a new version of an app available for visibility.
