The release build of the Astroid Planning App version 3.1.1 is now available. No existing ResultsAPI function signatures are changed in this release. This release includes the following changes since the previous release:

1. Fixes the ResultsAPI prescription_summary output bug (caused by 3.1.0 release) where “assigned” site level structures were missing
2. Speeds up the cvar evaluate_objective function so that compute_p_matrix run times are no longer excessive
3. Adds reference dose sequence to RT Ion Plan output
4. Changes CVAR constraints to split the “limit” not %Vol in SFO beams and Under/Over Dose constraints to split the dose & limit in SFO beams
