The release build of the Astroid Planning App version 3.3.0 is now available. No existing ResultsAPI function signatures are changed in this release, however the output has changed for functions returning dose or fluences due to the updating of the halo dose estimation being added in the dependent Dosimetry App version. This release includes the following changes since the previous release:

1. Now depends on the non-validated 2.2.0-1 Dosimetry version
2. Updates all PBS dose calculations to use halo corrections for both apertures and non-aperture irregular field shapes
   1. Note: This will create changes in the Results API output for all functions that produce or depend on dose and/or fluence results
3. Adds new CT Image Preset Window/Level options for SRS
4. Exposes new API function (generate_per_energy_halo_shapes) to compute layer-by-layer irregular field shapes for use in halp corrections
5. Fixes a bug with DICOM Referenced SOP Class UIDs in RT Ion Plan file
