The release build of the Astroid Planning App version 3.3.1 is now available. No existing ResultsAPI function signatures are changed in this release, however the output has changed for functions returning dose or fluences due to changes in the halo dose calculation functions in the dependent Dosimetry App version. This release includes the following changes since the previous release:

1. Now depends on the non-validated 2.2.0-2 Dosimetry version
2. Updates PBS dose calculations that use halo corrections for non-aperture fields to require the halo irregular field shapes as arguments
   1. The previous release would internally compute the halo field shapes based on the non-zero fluence spots; this is no longer an option and all halo corrected functions require the shapes to be provided
   2. Note: This will create changes in the Results API output for all functions that produce or depend on dose and/or fluence results
3. Updates the arguments for the generate_per_energy_halo_shapes API function
4. Ensures all plan level points have positions that are rounded to the nearest 0.1mm
5. Fixes a bug with DICOM ROI Physical Property values in RT Structure Set files
