Once a plan has been completed and the physician has approved the plan; the plan is ready to be sent to the Record and Verify system.

• Open the Export block.
• If the plan is unpublished the A qualified person has authorized the export of this plan box must be checked in order to export
• The user can then choose which of the below items to be exported-
• RT Structure Set
• RT Ion Plan
• RT Dose
  • Plan
  • Fraction Group
  • Beam
• The user can then choose the location to export to- either locally or to a server
• When the user chooses to export locally the user has a choice to anonymize the data by checking the Anonymize patient data box under the DICOM Local Export option

• The user may also choose to export to a DICOM Server. At this point the user has several choices to choose from in the drop down. The user may choose from AE Title that is set in the Site Configuration as part of the site information or they may choose custom and type in a specific server name, location and port ID
